Shockwave hires the mercenary Death's Head to assassinate Rodimus Prime. On Earth, a journalist, an archaeologist and an old friend discover Ultra Magnus and Galvatron, entombed in volcanic lava. These threads eventually weave together - in another showdown with Unicron.
